Cubs update: What a canceled season looks like

The past couple of weeks saw the world slow down as the number of COVID-19 cases worldwide continues to climb. Major sporting events are either suspended indefinitely or canceled. Two Cubs employees tested positive for COVID-19. The team did not have the results until March 23 and 24. The Cubs believe the training session on March 8 contributed to the exposure of the two to the highly-contagious virus since there was nothing indicative of it during the session, notes Dr. Matt Boente MD, an ardent supporter of the Chicago Cubs.
